(1) If it is found that a land owner has collected any amount from the Mohi in violation of Section 33 or 35, the designated officer may pay the collected amount to the Mohi and fine the land owner as per the above.
(2) In violation of section 34, if any land owner fails to give a receipt to the Mohi, the prescribed authority, court or village or municipality shall charge him Rs. 500.- Can be fined up to five hundred.
(3) If it is found that a land owner has imposed any work on a land owner in violation of section 37, the rural municipality or municipality shall pay the land owner twice the wages given at the local rate.
(3a) If any land owner is found to have collected any amount from Mohi in violation of Section 37, the designated officer, court or rural municipality or municipality may pay the collected amount to Mohi and fine the land owner as per below.
(4) The designated officer, court or village council or municipality shall impose a fine of Rs. 100.- Can be fined up to 100.
